- Job Description:
- 1. Extensive Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise: Demonstrated ability in utilizing SFMC's capabilities to drive marketing strategies and improve customer engagement through personalized campaigns.
- 2. CRM Connector proficiency: Proven experience in integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM to ensure seamless data flow and enhanced customer insights.
- 3. Single Sign-On (SSO) implementation: Skilled in setting up SSO on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring secure and efficient access management for users. -Mandatory
- 4. Advanced Data Management: Deep understanding of Data Extensions, including creation, management, and optimization to support targeted marketing efforts.
- 5. Expertise in Automation and Journeys: Extensive experience in leveraging Automation Studio and Journey Builder to create automated marketing campaigns and customer journeys that deliver personalized experiences at scale.
- 6. Healthcare domain knowledge: Specific experience in the healthcare sector, understanding regulatory requirements and leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud to meet the unique needs of healthcare marketing.
- 7. Environment Management and Deployment: Proven ability to manage multiple Business Units (BUs) within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including promoting work from a test BU to the Production BU to ensure seamless rollouts of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
