There have been 34 opportunities shared between December 4, 2023 and May 23, 2024. Roles that were offered as remote saw 66% more views than roles that were not remote.
The most viewed non-remote were Atlanta (U.S. offices of an India-based marketing agency supporting Delta) and Pleasantville, Calif. (Albertsons). Least popular places were Irvine, Calif. (multiple) and Texas. Most popular besides Delta was United and Carnival Cruise Lines.
So, to improve the visibility of your job opening amd get more people to take a look (according to my tiny non-scientific study):
- Make it fully remote
- Be willing to mention the company you're recruiting for
