DESCRIPTION/REQUIREMENTS
- Support for advanced audience segmentation and email execution.
- End-to-end execution of loyalty program communications, including build, QA, and deployment scheduling
- Assisting with analytics management and data interpretation
- Assisting with scaling email marketing and personalization program
- Assisting with customer journey management
- Assisting with the implementation of email marketing and personalization technology roadmap
- Requirements (Must Haves)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience
- Email marketing execution experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud for a large-scale email marketing program, preferably for an e-commerce or retail brand
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification
- Experience working with Data Cloud and loyalty program management
- Strong analytics skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign performance metrics
- Both client-side and agency experience
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience. No other ESP (email service provider) experience is accepted.
- Note: Role is remote but candidate should be prepared to work 9a-5p US/Central.
