DESCRIPTION/REQUIREMENTS
- Must have:
- Looking for more of a SF Marketing Cloud Admin
- Certs highly preferred in SFMC
- Real life experiences- creating email journeys, campaigns, intelligent reporting
- Liason between marketing and IT
- BA/PM skills and also development background preferred
- Intelligent Reporting Experience is required- dashboard reporting tool.
- Skill Sets and Experience:
- Customer Facing / Business Mentoring and Coaching
- Manage full-cycle email marketing campaigns within SFMC
- Design and optimize customer journeys and marketing automation workflows with Journey Builder, enhancing engagement and driving customer conversions
- Created personalized and dynamic email content in SFMC with Content Builder or another tool
- Used tools like Email Studio, Journey Builder, Content Builder, Web Studio, Social Studio and Automation Process
- Create custom reports and dashboards using MC Reporting and Analytics Studio
- Project manager / business analysis skills are also highly desirable.
- Certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator and/or specialist.
