DESCRIPTION/REQUIREMENTS
  • As Salesforce Marketing Cloud Expert, resource will be responsible for optimizing the platform and providing technical expertise to scale digital solutions, email marketing campaigns, and data integration. Resource must work closely with the IT, sales, and marketing teams to ensure that the platform is leveraged to its optimal capabilities.
     
  • Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience working with Marketing Cloud platforms
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification
  • Technical educational background in a related field (Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, etc.)
  • Extensive knowledge of database marketing

  • Data segmentation, optimization, and management

  • Web analytics
  • Project management
  • Basic knowledge in HTML, CSS
  • Knowledge in Javascript and Ampscript is a bonus

  • Roles and Responsibilities
  • Present interval executive-level Salesforce platform demonstrations, and run through all features (i.e. content builder, journey builder, etc.) upon request.
  • Set up and configure data models.
  • Develop scalable solutions based on business objectives, marketing metrics, and tech requirements.
  • Design platform configuration and data feeds to run effective automated email campaigns.
  • Act as a hands-on consultant on wide-scale projects including email marketing campaigns, customer service solutions, data segmentation, customer journey, and such.
  • Identify and troubleshoot platform and data feed-related issues.
  • Advise teams regarding the latest tech innovations, new business initiatives, third-party solutions, and effective email templates.
  • Optimize internal processes based on team requests, opportunity gaps, and business requirements.
  • Communicate project initiatives to relevant stakeholders.
