DESCRIPTION/REQUIREMENTS
- Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Datorama, Marchex
- Experience in digital marketing consulting with at least 3 years of hands-on experience running Discovery workshops with Marketing Cloud features like Journey Builder, Email, Mobile , Social Studio
- Must have a passion for digital marketing, continually keeping up to date on new developments, within Marketing Cloud and across the digital marketing industry
- Demonstrated ability to architect, build and execute data feeds, platform configuration, and components needed to run complex multi-channel marketing automations and related reporting & analytics
- Demonstrated ability to distill business requirements into solution architecture and system design across marketing and sales systems
- Strong analytical skills tracking different KPIs and Metrics for successful Marketing Campaigns
- Knowledge of Marketing Cloud Connector & API integration with CRM platforms and Web properties
- At least one certification of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Marketing Cloud Consultant
- Knowledge of Data Governance and Data Privacy concepts and regulations
- Preferred Experience
- Good understanding of privacy guidelines and governing compliance across Healthcare industry
- At least 1 implementation in Healthcare Provider industry building end to end journeys for better patient experience
- Sound Knowledge of Salesforce Customer Data Platform (CDP) and how it can complement EDW & MDM within an enterprise
- Hands-on knowledge on custom SQL
- AMPscripts and web development skills
