DESCRIPTION/REQUIREMENTS
  • Adventist Health is looking to implement a Customer Data Platform (CDP) solution, likely Salesforce Data Cloud, to unify their customer data and derive deeper insights. The goal is to empower their 'front stage' workforce.
  • Responsible for designing and implementing the overall architecture of the Customer Data Platform (CDP) to unify data from various sources and create a single view of the customer.
  • Collaborate with the business and IT teams to understand the organization\'s data and analytics requirements, and translate them into a scalable and flexible CDP architecture.
  • Evaluate and select the appropriate Salesforce CDP tools and technologies, such as the Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Personalization Engine, to meet the organization\'s needs.
  • Ensure the CDP architecture aligns with the organization\'s data management and governance policies, as well as any regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with the CDP lead analyst and engineer to define data models, data flows, and integration points between the CDP and other systems, such as Salesforce, Snowflake, and Amplitude.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the CDP team, ensuring the implementation is executed efficiently and effectively.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize the CDP architecture to improve performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and digital teams to ensure the CDP supports the organization\'s personalization and customer engagement initiatives.
     
  • Top Skills:
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including the Marketing Cloud, Personalization Engine, and Data Cloud.
  • Expertise in data management and unifying data sources to create a single view for analytics
  • Ability to plan and architect the data infrastructure to support the CDP implementation, including evaluating data sources and ensuring they are ready
  • Experience in aligning the technical solution with the business objectives and use cases, particularly in the consumer space
  • Collaborative skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams like marketing and care advocacy
