DESCRIPTION/REQUIREMENTS
  • We’re seeking a skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join our team in Orlando, FL. This role is perfect for someone with hands-on experience in email marketing platforms, HTML/CSS coding for emails, and marketing analytics.   • Key Responsibilities:
  • Email Campaign Execution (45%) – Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end email marketing campaigns.
  • Collaboration & Calendar Management (15%) – Work closely with the digital marketing team to align email strategies.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization (15%) – Analyze past campaigns, compare with industry best practices, and recommend improvements.
  • Technical Email Innovation (15%) – Partner with technical teams to enhance processes and drive better results.
  • Presentation & Stakeholder Communication (10%) – Showcase wins and learnings in email marketing strategies.
     
  • What We’re Looking For:
  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (preferred) or other email marketing platforms (Responsys, Silverpop, SendGrid, etc.).
  • Solid knowledge of HTML/CSS coding for email templates.
  • Experience with mobile-first & responsive design email templates.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.).
  • Experience with email testing tools (Litmus, Sparkpost, MovableInk).
  • AmpScript proficiency is highly desired; SQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Familiarity with email compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
     
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving & strategic thinking abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build trust.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience using project management tools (Jira preferred).
