DESCRIPTION/REQUIREMENTS

- Masters in Business administration with demonstrated prior experience as a Business Analyst or Business Consultant
- 5-8 years of experience in Salesforce marketing cloud
- Experience in requirement gathering in Email studio journey builder automation studio contact builder and data architecture
- Understanding of end-to-end implementation across salesforce martech
- Experience in Agile process and managing sprints
- Experience in Salesforce CRM would be added advantage
- Experience in other salesforce platforms would be added advantage
- Certified Email specialist Admin or consultant is a must
- Understanding of digital marketing space
- Demonstrated experience working with multiple Clients India and global and in complex multilocation projects with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to own and manage business system requirements for projects and adept in process mapping user stories UML diagrams interface documentation and traceability matrix and process change management
- Good functional knowledge and deep understanding of ECommerce including D2C Omnichannel Retailing and Order Management
- Must Have skills:
- Client is expecting at least two of these required skills
- 1. Data Cloud.
- 2. Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio).
- 3. Marketing Cloud Analytics (Datorama).
