DESCRIPTION/REQUIREMENTS
- Primary Responsibilities
- Experience setting up, configuring, and customizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud based on the needs of the client
- Understanding of Salesforce and Marketing Cloud’s data model and Marketing Cloud Connect
- Implement email and SMS journeys and recommend enhancements to optimize their impact.
- Experience building out automation to transform data (eg. Automation Studio)
- Customization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions with HTML/CSS, AMPscript, and SQL development, including email and CloudPage template development. (JavaScript nice to have)
- Experience in reporting and analyzing email activity using Email Studio reports and Journey Builder. (Nice to have) proficiency with Data Views and Intelligence Reports within Analytics Builder
- Conduct user training and actively promote user adoption of Marketing Cloud,
- Track record for delivering marketing automation projects in a fast-paced environment, and able to successfully keep to deadlines.
- Key Requirements/Skills/Experience
- 1. BA/BS degree or equivalent
- 2. Salesforce certifications, including Marketing Cloud certifications are a plus.
- 3. Experience in all phases of the software development life cycle within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- 4. Understanding how to build a custom preference center
- 5. Working knowledge of AMPscript, HTML and CSS, SSJS and/or JavaScript, SQL
- 6. Experience with Agile development methodology (e.g. Scrum)
- 7. Excellent executive-level communication skills, both written and verbal
