- 5-8 years of strong technical expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Understand the email campaign domain
- Extensive experience in Marketing Cloud SQL Query and Automation Studio Activities. (The client utilizes SQL query extensively and this is a Must-have skill set to check the quality of email campaign audiences.)
- Experience with Journey Builder (Should be able to build out complex Journeys and troubleshoot existing Journeys)
- Experience/Exposure to Interaction Studio and Automating Studio activities.
- Knows all the other parts of Salesforce that SMC would interact with
- Should own email campaign program, work directly with the business (leaders/stakeholders) to define needs (and act on them)
- Manage offshore team
- Understanding HTML and CSS knowledge is required
- Highly proficient in coding responsive HTML/CSS emails and troubleshooting for email client's specific limitations
