DESCRIPTION/REQUIREMENTS
- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, including but not limited to Personalization, Intelligence modules
- Solid understanding of Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Advertising Studio, and Automation Studio.
- Deep knowledge in integrations with 3rd party systems and data architectures
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their marketing objectives and translate them into technical requirements and solutions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive architecture plans and documentation for Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices and standards are followed.
- Oversee the integration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and third-party systems.
- Implement data models, data flows, and integration strategies to support personalized and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to ensure the quality and performance of marketing automation solutions.
- Stay current with Salesforce Marketing Cloud features, releases, and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for internal teams and clients to maximize the utilization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects and manage project scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem and architecture principles.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex marketing automation solutions.
- Proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Preferred Skills
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Interaction Studio and Datorama.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy regulations.
- Experience in the [insert industry/sector] sector.
- Education / Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
- Preferred Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Developer) preferred.
