DESCRIPTION/REQUIREMENTS
- 13-15 years of experience in overall experience.
- 3+ years of exp as a Salesforce Marketing cloud Architect.
- 7+ years exposure to Salesforce.
- Interaction Studio exp is must.
- Should have worked on Marketing Cloud implementation projects that included Email, SMS, and Push channels.
- Should have experience in integration with Interaction Studio and Datorama.
- Experience in Marketing Cloud implementation project (Financial Sector preferred).
- Prior experience implementing full cycle projects SFMC.
- Hands on experience on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC):- Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Contact Builder, Journey Builder and Automation studio.
- Should have worked on Mobile Studio for SMS communication.
- Proficient in coding HTML5, CSS, Amp script, SQL and SSJS.
- Proficient in Marketing Cloud Connect and integrating with other Salesforce Cloud types (e.g.: Sales and Service Cloud and with external systems.
- Experience in API integration with Enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is a plus.
- Strong understanding of NFR, SF best practices and governor limits.
- Excellent understanding of Out of the box features of Sales and Service Cloud is mandatory.
- Have directly involved in managing the releases of various salesforce applications - with deep-dive understanding of packages and change sets.
- Drive innovation within the team by creating/identifying re-usable components, tools, accelerators & as well work on increasing adoptions of these accelerators during delivery.
- Good to have Certifications:
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant
- CDP (Customer Data Platform) Certified or Hands-on Experience.
